The stay was so bad liquid life gave us 700 back. Then I talked to you and you were no better. Your phone rep can barely speak English. Where is your promise you’ll make it right. Didn’t even come close.

We had an issue with the thermostat automatically resetting after a period of time. Also, while loading the car to leave at 8:30 am the door code reset and we were locked out.

The view was absolutely spectacular! The condo was nice, but for a 4-bedroom unit we were only allowed ONE parking pass. Additional parking passes were 70.00, plus tax, resulting in a whopping 80 additional charge per pass. It felt sneaky, when most places give at least 2 (especially on a 4BR). We had an issue with palmetto bugs in the kitchen. Pest control was sent in to spray. The condo had no blankets or throws, either, so if you have chilly evenings like we did, you should bring a couple. The recliner was broken. Overall, the condo was good. Very spacious. The view alone was worth any issues. Just be aware of the parking pass situation.

Awesome experience overall, would stay at again!

This condo was awesome for our family! It was spacious and clean, the security was excellent, and the access to the beach was awesome. The views from the living room are beautiful, and the elevators are fast, so it’s easy to get around. There were some “rough edges.” The recliner in the living room is worn out and ready to be replaced. The jets in the master tub didn’t work (switch was broken.) The master shower had a leak, so we couldn’t use it. The dishwasher was broken, so we hand washed our dishes. Before I book again, I would check to make sure these things are fixed. That being said. the owner communicated well and made it right for us, and I’m sure these items will be fixed for the next guest. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and the facilities, and will likely stay here again!

Condo was spacious, clean, fresh bedding and towels.Beautiful beachfront! My only complaint is having to pay 80 dollars for 2nd parking pass - I had to drive to a lockbox to get it Communication on the helpline was a plus! The condo next to us was noisy (it had a lazy river and kids galore!).I still would give this place a 10 though!
