The property is not on the beach but advertised that it is.General manager refused to refund my deposit when asked although she did refund another guest. She said that my reservation was made months ago and I should have found out and cancelled on my own. She was mean and should not be in that kind of position. Expedia was no help. The rooms were clean and the bedding comfortable. Great view from the balcony. Employees were all very friendly and professional. The only concern was the room door not locking when closing and hanging up until the key was used to free it.
