Everything was spotless,and comfortable ,but I did kill a roach in the bathroom. I mentioned it and she said she would come spray while we were gone. She also brought more lotion when I mentioned the dispenser was empty. Breakfast was adequate. Eggs were cold.

The pet policy says pet rooms are on first floor....we were on 4th floor and the room across the hall had two dogs that barked and howled in the evening when owners were gone...one night until 1:30 in the morning. Called front desk several times to be told he would notify guests but nothing was done.... General manager told me it could have been service dogs that are allowed anywhere in hotel which doesn't make sense that they were left in room...for 2 sleepless nights we got a $100 refund that didn't cover one night of our 3 night stay ...Manger said anyone can say their dog is a service dog and doesn't have to show proof...so why stay in a pet room on the first floor...just lie and stay anywhere you want with a view! We are done with hotels .. Airbnb and RV for us!

The room was nice and clean. The pillows on the bed were awful. They are the size of a small couch pillow and flat. They are tiny square wrapped like origami in a normal size pillow case. Very uncomfortable. The walls are also paper thin and everything can be heard from the rooms around you. For a quick trip in and out of town it works, but wouldn't recommend if needing to stay longer than a couple nights or as a place for a vacation stay.
