outdated

was disappointed on how outdated all furnishings were. Kitchen cabinets falling apart, junk under sink way too many ornamental decorations that were in the way collecting dust. Dining area light fixture was put into wall which appears to be a fire hazard. Area rugs tripping hazard. Ran out of T.P. …at least office should make available for sale. Outdoor patio furniture falling apart. Location was good, just felt this unit stopped in time.

Clean and easy to get to the beach. The beds were wonderful. We thought being that close to the pool, the kids would keep us up late but we did not hear a thing. The only update I would suggest is, investing in keyless entry. Too hard to manage keys.

GREAT LOCATION FOR SHRIMP FEST ONLY PROBLEM IS PARKING. IF THE PROPERTY DESIGNATED PARKING PLACES FOR EACH UNIT AND MARKED THEM THIS WOULD BE A GREAT PLACE TO STAY.

The stay was great. The only issue was we were supposed to get two parking passes we got one and was told because it was a holiday and parking was limited we could only get one. The next day we complained and got the other parking pass. Otherwise, the condo was clean and the security was great!

We booked this very last minute. We received an email that the grounds was doing some upgrading and we may not have access to our balcony or the pool. It was Memorial Day weekend and we had access to both. Pool was great temp, kiddie pool could have been cleaned better but our 16 month old twins loved it. Condo was perfect for our needs and the first floor was fantastic. Still had great views and not too far to go. Beach access was great and not too crowded.
