Wi-fi Internet and cable, TV's in both b/r's and l/r. Large laundry room with washer dryer. Large front and rear deck with gulf and bay views. Private 4 person Jacuzzi on covered rear deck. Out door shower and enclosed patio under house with TV, 2 person wicker swing, gas grill, built in bar and bar stools. Non-smoking rental. No pets.
