Tasteful one-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom vacation rental with gorgeous Gulf-front views at Phoenix All Suites West.

One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Overall it was good. I had went down to the front office to get another parking pass and the guy wasnt excatly Mr. Happy. He was unpleasant and acted like it was an inconvenience. I was speaking to another guest, just making conversation, and he told me he waited 45 minutes the night before just to get towels and never saw anyone. I was thinking oh great I need towels too. I also went back another time to ask something and he was there sitting to the side asleep.

Not the same as the photos!

Beach was great… but was fooled in the fact that this is actually a hotel. Zero chance 6 people could stay in this hotel room. The pictures on the listing were 100% NOT the room we reserved either. For the price (comparable to other actual condos) it is definitely not worth it. Our fault for not doing more digging and just reading the bold prints- and not catching on to the red flags within.

The location is great. The staff is very friendly and polite. The accommodations are outdated and run down. The room was just dirty. I told the front desk and they reacted well, coming in and cleaning again. But the common areas are really filthy. The trash and laundry was piled up daily at the end of the Hall just outside our door. The couch was ripped. The upholstery was icky. The wallpaper was peeling. The appliances were old. We made the best of it. But overall it was not at all what we expected. Also, it’s run like a hotel - sort of - but billed like a condo. So, we ended up with the worst of both worlds. We didn’t get actual hotel level service or amenities, but we also paid a condo cleaning fee. And, when there is no washer and dryer, we should be getting fresh towels every day. I would not choose this location again.
