The host was gracious and responded to messages quickly. We rented baby furniture to be delivered and the host offered to meet the delivery due to our late flight. Unlike most VRBO, the house had plenty of trash bags, and paper products and easy access to an outside bin for soiled diapers. The AC worked great, as well as ceiling fans to keep us cool. The King bedroom was spacious and fit 2 full size cribs without issues. Overall I will rent again.

The only thing that I would say is that some of the sheets, pillows, and towels had stains on them. Other than that it was perfect
