Windows surround and Views abound in this Direct Waterfront Nantucket Style Beachhouse; all beautifully furnished by Interior Designer Angela Camarda.
Indoor/Outdoor living is at its’ best with multiple decks on various levels. Enjoy a cigar and glass of wine in the deep seating on the back deck; while cooking up dinner on either the top or lower deck. The top deck table, umbrella & chairs serves 4-6pp; while lower table sits 12. The stone pier grants direct access for kayaks, standup boards, rafts and fishing!

The Main living room has eight sets of French doors that lead to the wraparound deck.
Whitewashed floors are the springboard for neutral furnishings with oversized sofas, swivel chairs, designer rugs, artwork and stylish accessories; as well as, a remote fireplace and 55” TV. A perfect gathering room for family and friends.
A stunning, new gloss-white kitchen is the sweet spot for entertaining.
The Master Bedroom Suite has eight, water-facing windows and includes a walk-in closet and a spectacular Master Bath with a Jacuzzi tub and heated floors; as well as access to decks on both sides. The Guest Room and private bath showcases the calm of waterfront living- cozy & comfortable.
A white “Hydrangeas Garden” is the forefront to the natural cedar shake exterior.

The "Guilford Town Green" is just 5 minutes away and plays hosts to unique shops, a coffee house, a book shop, the Guilford Marketplace, a donut shop, many churches, the Town Library and many restaurants; such as Prime Steakhouse, Amarone Italian, Quatro's Cafe and Chapter One Restaurant and more! Enjoy free "Concerts on the Green" every Sunday! Further into town is an indoor Picketball Center, more restaurants and Bishop's Apple Orchards; a popular destination for concerts & other events.
