Red stain on carpet. Loud neighbors at 12:30 a.m. First night. The next night kids running back and forth. No hand towels. No conditioner. Furniture was older and one arm chair. Bed uncomfortable. Hotel staff was rude at check out.

Staff is very polite from front desk to cleaning employees. We were late to breakfast and staff allowed us to have breakfast anyway. The location is very quiet and easy access to I-95.

No hot water and broken bathroom light, definitely not worth what I paid. Very disappointed

The hotel was great! Breakfast excellent! Location and cleanliness wonderful! Staff was very friendly. Heated pool was NOT heated and needed serious vacuuming! Hot tub sign said 103°. It sure felt like 110°! We could only get in up to our knees and we are hot tub lovers! That was very disappointing. Though I would recommend this hotel to friends I would certainly clue them in about the pool and hot tub!

I give it a great review, my only complaint is the paper thin walls, or lack of insulation, something. You can here the person(s) entire conversation either side. Very noisy, had to wear ear plugs.

Location is excellent for I95 travelers - only one minute away from exit. The staff is not overly friendly. Hotel is well maintained. There is a Japanese restaurant and a burger type restaurant right across the street. The latter offers nice atmosphere, good food and very friendly staff!

This hotel was a great stop off on our way through Connecticut. The public areas of the hotel and the room were bright and clean. The staff was friendly and happy to accommodate any requests, like forgotten toiletries. For the price, a lot of features were included- full breakfast, internet, pool, small workout room. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Wall were very thin!!!!!! People partying next door and I thought they were in my room!!!! Staff did take care of situation when called on . I don't think I'd stay there again for the risk of lack of sleep again!!!

very good room and value. the staff is very friendly.

The hotel definitely needs to improve the insulation of the walls between rooms. You can easily hear your neighbors conversations and/or the TV. I was very surprised to hear more noise coming the from the neighbors, rather than the outside Route 1 and I-95. Lastly, for the continental breakfast - that was the worst orange juice I have ever had. Sure, the machine that dispenses it was not properly set up, but I took one sip of the "pure sugar" drink and that was enough for me to give this place a three star.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times. It is very clean, the staff is nice, free coffee and tea are available all day, and they have a nice little breakfast in the morning. There is also a pool and hot tub which I don't use, but my family does. Also you get free wifi.

Used this hotel to visit Yale. Although it was 8 miles away, it was easy to travel to. Its' location provided a secure feeling. The indoor pool and exercise room were nice, and it had one of the nicest breakfasts I have seen. Towels were fluffy and linens lovely. Room in excellant condition, A/C/heater quiet and effective. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only negative was that the walls seemed a little "thin". It was generally quiet though, and I carry earplugs anyway. A great value.

Great price for a quiet, clean hotel room. The description doesn't tell you that it does have a pool, spa, and a small gym. I asked for an early check-in (12 noon) because I was flying in on a redeye flight and the staff was very accommodating. The only weird thing was that the curtains don't close to give you a dark room. They only go 1/4 way closed on each side. Annoying if you want a dark room to sleep in or some privacy if you're on the bottom floor in the back of the hotel. I would recommend the hotel for the price and location.

Very clean and well kept

Room was clean but hotel was booked for a wedding and was very noisy one night.

In the area for a wedding. Chose hotel simply by location and price. Turned out to be a very pleasant surprise - clean, good service, great value for area.

Always a nice place to stay.

The hotel was nice, clean and quiet and the room was a good size. We stayed for a nearby wedding and basically used the room to relax and sleep. Overall the room was above average and better than I expected. The clerks were friendly and very helpful. The location was close to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and scenic drives. We enjoyed it, thanks.

Hotel would be great if it could get the air conditioners to stay on. The go on and off so often that it makes sleeping difficult. All other amenities are fine.

The staff were excellent. Good restaurants very close. Rooms were very clean. Would return to this hotel anytime
