The hotel is very new and the rooms are very nice and clean. The staff was really friendly and they have free breakfast every morning. They also have a nice fitness room and indoor pool. It’s in a very convenient location but the location itself is kinda run down. However it’s very close to downtown New Haven, the beach and close to a lot of restaurants.

We were very pleased with the location and the room for our stay. The kitchen was a huge plus with small children. The hotel is newer and located beside a dollar store, restaurants and hobby lobby. The breakfast food was good but don’t wait til the last min or they will run out. The pool area was clean and warm on a cold rainy day. Not to far from Yale University and a huge indoor rope course for kids and adults.
