The complimentary airport shuttle was a lifesaver and so convenient. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and check-in was incredibly fast. Every aspect of my stay was seamless and enjoyable. I'm truly impressed with this hotel and will definitely be choosing it again on my next trip.

The free airport shuttle was incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were both friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. I also enjoyed the extensive breakfast spread and found the bed to be very comfortable with crisp, clean linens. A truly seamless and pleasant stay from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, very friendly and welcoming. One staff member walked us 500m down the road to show us a massage place and other shops. Highly recommended them. Rooms could have been a little cleaner but still the cleanliness was 8 out of 10

This was billed on your site as an airport hotel and only 1.4km from the terminal. That is not correct, it was a 20 minute drive even late at night with no traffic. The "shuttle" bus was a car that i was jammed into with 3 others after a very confusing and frustrating time trying to get the "shuttle". Hotel staff speak no english. Sorry but this hotel cannot be called an airport hotel and your misleading description and location must be ammended on your sight. Very dissapointed in Hotels.com

There are a number of negative reviews about this hotel, so I thought I might balance some of these with the following: - First of all, the hotel is not 'on the site' of the airport. From what I can tell, there are no hotels actually 'inside' the airport. It would be appropriate for the hotel to say so. - The free pick up from the airport, could be better explained. On arrival, call the hotel but remember that the staff don't speak English. They use an app which can translate English/Chinese down the phone. Be patient. All the hotel needs to know is 'who you are' and that you have arrived. - Go upstairs from the arrivals area to 'gate 42' (this is what the airport actually calls the exits). - There are three rows of traffic dropping off/collecting passengers. Be patient. Rogue taxi drivers will try to entice, saying 'you will wait 2 hours for the hotel pick up'. These are lies. It takes 20-30 mins for the transport to arrive- usually on the middle stand. The hotel uses a black van or a white sedan car (including English writing on the lower side). The driver has your name on an app and will look for you if you don't see it. - Not much room for more details but the hotel is clean, the rooms large and the breakfast good (don't expect muesli/yoghurt but there is coffee). Most of the food is cooked Chinese food. - The staff are friendly and polite. - For an evening restaurant, turn left and left. We found one with images- pointed; have Alipay on your phone.

호텔 위치가 지도랑 달리 공항에서 차로20분거리입니다. 미리 호텔에 메일보내서 항공편명 알려주고, 셔틀 신청하셔야 합니다. 셔틀은 무료입니다. 객실 깔끔합니다. 조식 간단하게 있을거 있구요.로비 직원 친절하십니다.
