We stayed a few days and was a great experience. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff is always nice and helpful. The location was perfect for our travel plans (Relax and being close to all amenities). We look forward to coming back soon!

This hotel is very nice and well located. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It has a very clean and beautiful pool, as well as a very pleasant seating area in the back patio. My only complaints are: 1. The unpleasant smell in room 1009, but thanks to Fernando for resolving the problem that night by moving us to another room. 2. They only give one key per room, even when there are two guests. The woman at the lobby told me they have a limited number of keys per room. 3. The hotel needs at least one washing machine that accepts coins or cards so guests can wash their clothes. Este hotel es muy agradable y bien ubicado. La cama estaba cómoda y la habitación limpia. Tiene una alberca muy limpia y bonita asi como también un espacio donde sentarse muy agradable en el patio de atrás. Mis unicas quejas son: 1. El desagradable olor en la habitación 1009, pero gracias a Fernando por solucionar el problema de esa noche moviendonos a otra habitacion. 2. Sólo dan una llave por habitacion hasta cuando hay 2 huespedes, la chica del lobby me dijo que tienen las llaves contadas por habitacion. 3. El hotel necesita al menos una lavadora que cobre en monedas o tarjetas para que los huespedes laven su ropa.

The staff are really sweet and friendly and accommodating, the pool is awesome and the building is great, the location is beyond perfect. However, the rooms are nice looking but not well maintained, things were falling off the walls, the water faucets broken, the hot water does not happen, and the worst for me was the bed sheets, pure polyester, gave me a rash. I strongly suggest they switch to cotton, and with a few minor repairs, the place would get 5 stars. So much potential!

La opción de estacionarse es algo complicada… FCH ha sido nuestra opción para nuestro destino de estancia cada que vamos a GDL… Si me gustaría opinar sobre el espacio de estacionamiento que tienen, Debería de ser solo para los huéspedes y no para los empleados… Las veces que hemos ido, siempre está un FIAT GUCCI y desde mi perspectiva no parece que sea huésped…

Small hotel located near the Colonia Americana. At night they close the gate. You'll have to press the switch to speak to the receptionist to open the gate. Sometimes they take a while to answer and open the gate. It can be a bit annoying.
