Disappointing stay, expected more from Wyndham

Reception staff was great but rooms are very old and tired. Pervasive wet ashtray, mouldy smell, bed and pillows very uncomfortable and noisy surroundings.

Very Old hotel! Completely different than the photo shown. Don't get tricked by that. Room is very small and very old shower area where water will splash out from the booth due to poor shower curtain. Reception will close down at 8pm and they told me that they have sent room key code for KIOSK to retreat the key via email. But did not receive the email and too me a while to contact the manager to retrieve the code. very inefficient and not recommended!

Ich hatte eine E-Mail geschickt, in der ich meine verspätete Ankunft ankündigte, erhielt aber keine Antwort. Auch an der Rezeption war niemand zu erreichen. Als ich spät abends im Hotel ankam, war niemand da, sodass ich letztendlich nicht übernachten konnte. Es war eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Ich möchte niemandem diese Erfahrung ersparen und schreibe dies deshalb hier.

Hallo Auswahl beim Frühstück war gering. Bei manchen Lebensmitteln hatte man das Gefühl, dass sie nicht mehr „frisch“ waren….zB. Die kleinen Frikadellen, die lagen 4 Tage lang im Wärmebehälter, oder das angemachte Müsli. Zimmer war sehr sauber. Personal war selten zu sehen.

An meinem zweiten Abend hatte ich im Badezimmer meines Zimmers eine erhebliche Menge Wasser, das sogar in den Zimmerbereich gelaufen ist. Da zu diesem Zeitpunkt kein Personal an der Rezeption war, konnte ich den Vorfall erst am nächsten Tag melden. Mir wurde daraufhin vorgeworfen, ich hätte zu lange oder zu viel geduscht. Dies habe ich jedoch verneint, da ich bereits am frühen Morgen geduscht hatte und das Problem erst am späten Abend bemerkte, als ich zurück ins Zimmer kam und das Badezimmer bereits komplett unter Wasser stand. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption fragte mich anschließend, ob er das Wasser entfernen solle. Am folgenden Tag hatte ich jedoch nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen. Ich habe auch dies an der Rezeption gemeldet, wurde jedoch lediglich mit einem kurzen „Danke“ abgespeist, ohne dass sich jemand um das Problem kümmerte. Ich möchte Sie daher bitten, den Vorfall zu überprüfen und mir eine Rückmeldung zu geben, wie Sie damit umgehen werden.

Frukosten hade varit enkel men okej om personalen hade varit uppmärksam och hållit koll på vad som skulle finnas. Första morgonen fick vi vänta 20 minuter på brödet och det fanns inget svart te. Att utbudet är enkelt är inget problem om allt är fräscht men... Rummet var enkelt men rent. Rymligt men daterat, inte heller detta stör om allt är rent och snyggt. Alla rum kan inte nås med hiss.

Wir hatten ein Nichtraucherzimmer. Unter unserem Fenster, aufgrund der Hitze offen, wurde geraucht. Schade war auch, dass es keinen Hinweis auf die tatsächlichen Zeiten gab, in denen man einen Ansprechpartner an der Rezeption finden konnte. So wartete man vergebens auf einen. Ansonsten war es ok. Der Speisenservice wurde nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Keine 24h Rezeption obwohl es auf Webseite steht, nur Mitarbeiter am Telefon. Schlüssel per Code erhalten. Im gebuchten Doppelzimmer gab es nur Bettzeug und Handtücher für eine Person. Mitarbeiter am Telefon hat neues Zimmer besorgt, wieder per Code. Wo das gleiche Problem war. Zweites Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt. Also mit gesamten Gespäck und Decke wieder ins erste Zimmer gegangen. Frühstück war mittelmäßig, Kaffee stand auf warmhalte Platten, war nicht genießbar. Beim Check out keine Entschuldigung über die Umstände die wir hatten.
