Nice hotel, spa and breakfast

Nice hotel, a little old, however refurbished and rooms fully up to date. Hotel is in very nice area and you get 5 hours in the swimming pool with your room. Good breakfast - allthough scrambled eggs are standing from opening to closing - 4 hours. Restaurant could improve - food was ok, but ordered an Entrecote and got a flat ribeye - changed sides from french fries to patato salad, which according to the waiter was ok - but then - later with the bill a charge of 2 Eur for changing. I think this action explains the service level, we are at.

Zimmer soweit Ok,.. leider wurde kurz nach acht Uhr die Bäume und Hecken direkt am Hotel verschnitten was mich aus dem Schlaf gerissen hat. Das Essen im Restaurant ist gut, aber für die veranschlagten Preise viel zu wenig auf dem Teller. Personal im Hotel und Restaurant waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Personal und Zimmer gewohnt top! Überraschend für uns als Stammkunden war diesmal das Fehlen der Albcard. Positiv: die kulante Regelung. Albcard und Thermetasche gehören für Expedia-Bucher der Vergangenheit an - es gibt seit diesem Jahr Bucher erster und zweiter Klasse. Auch eher unglücklich: der Kurpark ist aktuell Großbaustelle. Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich habe leider ein renovierungsbedürftiges Zimmer mit einem Minibad bekommen. Mein Kopfkissen war gefühlt eine Hülle mit Schaumstoffflocken. Der VIP-access bestand aus einem Essensgutschein von 15€, den man nicht spontan einlösen kann. Nur mit Tischreservierung. Ich durfte aber eine Suppe mit aufs Zimmer nehmen. Andere Essensmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Umgebung nicht. Das Preis- Leistungsangebot stimmte für mich nicht.

Hotel etwas schwer zu erreichen, da keine Ausschilderung wegen Baustelle auf Strasse. Hotel ist aus den 80ern, aber die Zimmer sind Top und Modern eingerichtet. Das Genäude ist ein ehemaliges Appartmenthaus, so das dort auch andere Institutionen vorhanden sind, z.B. VHS. So wurde man von den VHS-Besuchern schon um 7.30 Uhr geweckt, da sie sich vor der Tür laut unterhalten und gelacht haben, obwohl Zimmer auf den ruhigen Park gerichtet war.

Nicht von tollen Bildern täuschen lassen

Der Preis von 191 € Ü/F Nacht, auch wenn es Sylvester war, ist total überteuert! Der besondere Clou war, dass man an Sylvester nicht im Restaurant essen und nicht an die Bar konnte, da alles wegen Sylvester reserviert war! Ausser man hat das Schnäppchenangebot für 185,-0 € pro Person für den Sylvesterabend gebucht!!!!! Alternative: 3 km Fussmarsch oder Taxi in die Stadt!! Da das Hotel nicht mal einen eigenen Pool oder Fitnessraum hat, sondern nur die Nähe zur Therme, finde ich den Zimmerpreis total überzogen, zumal das gleiche Zimmer ab 07.01. für mehrere Tage nur den Preis von 95 € N inkl. HP kostet! Sorry da fühlen wir uns komplett vera....! Wir haben das so gebucht OK! Aber das soll nicht nur uns eine Lehre sein!!
