New property, great condition, very clean, nice exercise room. Very low price- in turn no frills ie. no breakfast, coffee- which I like. I always bring my own and have been looking for a great place like this without frills that I’d rather not pay for. Shakira at check in was great.

Perfectly nice, well kept and, for the location, very quiet hotel. Definitely an easy choice if staying in the area.

THE property is very clean and well appointed. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were very nice. Breakfast was enjoyable with veggie omelets, turkey and pork sausage, cinnamon rolls, assorted juices, fruit and other fare The staff was excellent, very helpful and personable. We would stay again.

First of all, LOVE the staff. We get drinks regularly at the hotel bar and the staff is amazing. We decided to stay in the hotel for a special occasion even though we have been loyal local customers since the restaurant and hotel opened. Overall, the experience was ok. The rooms are like a typical Hyatt or Hilton- nothing special. Our biggest issue was with breakfast. It was also ok, but sparse. Waiting for another batch of eggs to be cooked is understandable, but not having the pastries or cups restocked shows a lack of desire when the employee is standing there on her phone. And there must have been 7 employees standing around and snacking on the breakfast items around the time it closed, which is very bad optics. Our biggest issues was that the coffee was moved to the bar after breakfast but the creamer was spoiled. It appeared that it had not been refrigerated and was actually curdled; chunks came into our coffee cups. I think that Hotel Hartness needs to lean less on the architecture and surroundings and more on the little things that make a hotel experience something that is above average.
