Staff initially put us in a dirty room. Thankfully, they immediately moved us to a clean room. Otherwise, good facilities. The biggest issue is that housekeeping seemed to only come by once a day, so if I wasn't out by then, no new towels or cleaning service for that day. I kinda expected that for Christmas day but not the other days.

Very nice and clean facility. The staff was great, breakfast was good and the room was spacious. The only gripe we had was how bad the pillows were. I think some good quality pillows will make this place 5 stars.
