The room was nice. There were some areas where you could tell that they weren’t cleaned throughly (dust on the lamps, hair in the shower, fingerprints on the glass cups in the kitchenette), but overall, it was a nice room. The amenities were nice. Loved the complimentary breakfast. It’s a beautiful hotel. The staff was friendly, for the most part. It’s in a good location. I’d definitely stay again

No one at the front deak at 11:40 PM with doors unlocked. Not safe. Dishes in the room filthy, needed to be washed prior to use. Breakfast absolutely horrible. Stale bread/bagels. Not replenished so people waiting more than 10 min for over salted eggs. Walls very thin. Can hear people next room over and running above your head. Would not stay here again

Sadly, every time we stay here, the cleanliness gets worse. This is the second time we’ve found dirty rags left in the shower room. The blanket had stains, the sheets had small hairs on them, and some of the towels were the same. One towel even had a large, mysterious stain on it. We always request extra cleaning before our stay, and their response is always reassuring, so we trusted them — but things are only getting worse. We have kids, so we really need a cleaner and more sanitary environment.
