After a grueling day of travel, she made a huge difference and I truly appreciated her thoughtfulness. This hotel is clean and relatively quiet, but the bathrooms are due for an upgrade. The sink never had any hot water the entire stay the shower was hardly enough pressure to get the shampoo out of your hair.
