Great option for Single Room in downtown Greenvill

This SRO w/bath was perfect for my travel need. I was looking for a one-night stay that was on my travel route. I love downtown Greenville, so this fit my bill for a perfect place to stay. The bedroom is comfortable, providing storage and room to move around. My bathroom was divided.. with the sink being in my bedroom and the bath consisting of a toilet and shows. Perfect for my needs.

An easy walk to Falls Park on the Reedy and all the restaurants and shops that surround it. Next time I’ll plan on renting a bike and cruising all the wonderful trails that surround this charming property.

Location

The location was perfect. In walking distance to restaurants around Main and Augusta. I enjoyed meeting the other guests. It was a positive experience. I will probably choose B&B again for a future trip.

No person on site for check in - on arrival we could not get in. Texted and called number and took over 2 hours to get a response back. Luckily we found a way in. People outside our room on deck at 3 am making noise - again since no staff on site no way to complain or resolve issue. Location good and price decent, but breakfast meh at best and service response time terrible

Nice little property near downtown. Clean rooms and facility. Bathrooms were a little tighter than expected however did the job. Would stay again but with a better understanding that breakfast isn’t really breakfast here - which is ok as there are plenty of options within town. Still happy with our stay and would recommend this as a great alternative to the normal hotel route.

Perfectly located downtown, just a short two block walk or bike ride to the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Great parking and easy self-serve check in. The cottage shared spaces are well equipped (the kitchen especially) and the décor is fun, personal, and charming. We found our room to be spacious with comfortable bedding and a large bathroom. The breakfast offerings were spot on for a light bite to accompany the well rounded coffee selection. Easy in and out for bike riders. Once you park there is no need to drive anywhere if your destinations are downtown and the trail with its many parks. We will return.
