Budget stay, no major complain, one minor.

I noticed when signing the check-in card/agreement, there was a company name was on the customer line as opposed to my name. A point was made of asking if a morning invoice would be provided and the answer was yes. Returned key to front desk on check out and requested receipt which staff would not provide. Staff informed me since booking was thru hotels.com, they (hotels.com) would send receipt via email. Total misinformation, that's not the way it works. Requested a credit card charge receipt and was informed the receipt had been given at check-in. It had not. Attempted to reason with staff, they held firm and would not supply a receipt or invoice. This is not acceptable business practice.

GREAT PLACE EXCELLENT PRICE

The folks here are very kind and accomodating. Pet friendly and room was exceptionally clean and tidy. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room.

The Party Hotel/ Management Looks the other Way

Well let's put it like this if you want to get sleep you might want to go some where else, but if you like to party all night and get loud with a bunch of coworkers or friends this is the place that don't mind that kinda behavior. You can play loud music and have a good time at the Bent Tree. But if you suffer from anxiety then you may want to stay far away, it's not the room or the service or the cleanliness they are spot on with that. Very clean very polite, at the front desk. Also there is one huge pot hole at the front watch out for that. Other than the party that they allow to go on right next door and in front of your room. You may want to take a pic of your room and window when you first get there and record anything that may come back and you get blamed for, like a break and crack in a window. So who pays for it? Of course the one that rents the room to the broken window. They wouldn't possibly think anyone else could have done it. But when they threaten to call police and press charges you have no choice. Don't call police on the disturbance. Hell I wouldn't either retaliation is not something to sign up for so being they have our name address license plate and phone number we have to pay for it otherwise they can say and do it give our info to who ever they want they are not from here by the way you can't understand half the words they say. Other than all that Yeah it's a great place to stay one night I wouldn't recommend 2 nights. We stayed 1 to many nights

The Bent Tree was located right where we needed to be, the front office staff were friendly and helpful. Our room definitely needed some maintenance. The sink faucet was loose on the sink, so when you would turn on the water, the entire faucet swiveled. The shower head was only about 5' high, and the diverter would not fully shut off the tub spout so you only got about half pressure. The rooms definitely need room-darking curtains as the plastic mini-blinds don't keep out much light. But with all that we slept very well, and would consider them again if in the area.
