The property was in a poor location. No dining anywhere near it. The pillows were like rocks and the street noise was terrible

Unexpectedly needed a place to stay after 11pm, and a long drive. The exterior is clean and tidy. The desk staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was non-smoking but the entire floor smelled like fresh smoke, (of multiple variety) and the room very strongly smelled like old stale smoke, causing me a headache. The stench stuck on all my belongings & hair long after check out. The toilet seat had burn marks and there was only one towel for two guest. Housekeeping missed a few things in the room like a glob of something on the dresser, and packaging waste from previous guest in multiple places. I did stay with a dog as they are pet friendly place, and it was quiet. Location is good for the events within the city. Had I not been exhausted, and already inconvenienced I would not have stayed there.

Wonderful front desk people couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful..unfortunately while our room was clean looking.. it smelled overwhelmingly like dogs.. running ac made it worse.. rough night sleep! Need to address how rooms are cleaned that accommodate pets.

Find a better spot, it won't be hard.

Staff was rude and eager to deny service at the earliest possible time. Room was filthy, dog paw prints and pee spots on floor. Would not let my kids walk barefoot in room. Broken fixtures in bathroom. Roaches in bathroom. Tub could not drain faster than shower filled it up. Other people's hair wrapped in bath towels (ALL OF THEM). Chipped and damage electrical outlets.

Its a quiet area and has 2 convience stores and a dollar general just across from the motel.. staff is great and prompt and never had any real concerns or issues any time ive stayed there (ive stayed there alot) its my "repeat stay to getaway" for myself and my significant other when we need time away..

Its laid back and theres 2 convience stores as well as a dollar general all 3 adjacent to the property but not crowded in the area. Prompt service and pleasant atmosphere everytime ive stayed there..
