Joanie`s Farmhouse is a fully renovated farmhouse located on a private 20 acre waterfront farm on Lake Ontario. Enjoy your stay relaxing down at the lake (located down the lane), or touring the local restaurants, wineries, and breweries with friends and family.



Conveniently located, 10 minutes drive to the Glenora ferry bringing you to Prince Edward County or 25 minutes drive to Kingston.



Large lakefront located down the lane, next to the barn (walk or drive down!) has a dock, fire pit, chairs, and lots of space to gather.



We are close by should you need anything during your stay!



Please note, periodically you may see people on the property to access farm buildings or equipment.

Our family had a great time. The house and hot tub were excellent. Everything was clean plenty of amenities. The fire pit outback was great. We used it numerous times. There is lots of wood to burn. It’s a great spot for the dogs to roam, If you keep them out of the front yard as it’s very close to a busy highway. thanks again.

Nous avons eu un excellent séjour. L'accès est facile, la maison est vraiment très belle et bien entretenue, la cuisine est bien équipée et il ne manque de rien. La maison est grande et avec beaucoup de fenêtres. Tout était très propre. Très beau patio, spa, grand terrain privé donnant accès au lac Ontario. Nous avons déjeuné tous les matins sur le patio à regarder au loin le lac. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et attentifs. La maison est située à quelques minutes du traversier Glenora menant à PEC. Nous avons grandement apprécié cet endroit et nous le recommandons assurément.

You will not be disappointed

Extremely clean, beautiful home, well appointed. Hot tub was fantastic. The area by the lake is amazing! The hosts were accommodating and kept in touch to see if we needed anything. Close to everything you would want to see (day trips) but far enough outside of the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend!
