The house has 1 King bedroom and bathroom, 2 Queen bedrooms with a sharing bathroom in the hallway, full size kitchen, living room, laundry room, and 2 patios. Each patio has seating for 6, and the fenced in back yard has an electric fire pit and an outdoor kitchen with a grill, full size fridge, and seating! There are also 4 stock tanks on the property where you can go fishing; you can find a map for the stock tanks in the Guest Information Guide in the living room. Only 5 miles from town, 19 miles from Possum Kingdom Lake, 6.3 miles from Young County Arena, and 22 miles from Rocker B Ranch! The main entrance gate is 0.7 miles from the house, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the ranch!
