The staff that checked me in was talking in another language to someone on the phone while checking us in. It was rather rude. When checki g out I mentioned it to the feont desk staff and she said oh he was probably talking to me. I said it was in a different language and she said maybe it waa the owner or someone else. It just felt like the staff could have cared less about us.

Breakfast sausage hard as a rock, like it was microwaved from the day before because we stayed 3 nights and the options were the same every morning, scrambled eggs, sausage patties and potatoes, biscuits, gravy Juice seemed watered down Coffee, eggs and waffles were the best! Wish there were healthier options The room had trash, soap scum on soap/ shampoo dispensers, The rug at the entrance and in the elevator dirty, needs to be replaced honestly Very friendly and sweet staff, so hospitable which made it worth while especially during the holidays which is why I didn't want to complain, they did their best in my opinion

Breakfast was horrendous. Never saw anyone come out to restock the juice or eggs. Was almost out food by 8:00 am. The last breakfast I had, the eggs were burnt and gravy was so thick you couldn’t get it out of the crockpot. And juice was watered down. Will not stay here again.
