Couldn’t have found a better place!!!!

We had a blast this weekend! Grafton has so much to offer and to have been lucky enough to find such a gem to make our “home base”The location is walking distance to every thing. Enjoying the views and activities from the deck was awesome as well. We plan to be back in the future!

LOCATION!! LOCATION! LOCATION

It was very, it's a beautiful place, very well decorated. Beautiful views. I really couldn't have asked for a better stay. I would definitely go back. There is security cameras on the front porch and on the back. I'm not sure if we were watched the whole time? But it's not like we were doing anything bad. Anyways, that is the only downfall I had about it. I understand having security cameras. I have them on my own home. Every time we would go outside they would come on and you could tell they were recording. And there's some underneath of the building also. Which I understand they have to keep their place. Safe but I don't think they should be on while People are renting the property. I've been to several v r b o's . I've never had one.That's had video cameras on you when you sit on the porch.But I would go back. The stairs give you a good workout. Yourim walking distance to pretty much everything. We sat and watched the ferry, and the boats go in and out all morning. Thank you for a great stay.

The air-conditioner leaked on the bed and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and didn't work. Location great and views were wonderful.

Lovely hosts!

We had a great time and loved staying at the property! The hosts were incredible and overall great people! They spared no expense and accommodated us far more than was necessary. What a great way to spend my birthday weekend!! Highly recommend!
