"The rooms were very clean, the linens were nice, but the beds were not comfortable, it was like you were sleeping on the floor. Upon arrival Alejandro offered us a few incentives if we sat through a 90 minute 'timeshare' kinda sales pitch... 30 minute massage; 2 spa passes; access to 2 other Reef Resorts and free private transfer to the airport (we were flying out of Cancun). Agreed to go and it was WORTH IT! more about this later Expedia Gold Membership got us an upgrade to a corner suite - The suite is bigger than my apartment! Walked into a huge table with seating for 8; Kitchenette; Living Room with big screen TV; a full bathroom and balcony. Then we walked into our bedroom: another full bathroom; king size bed; jacuzzi tub; big screen TV; radio; safe; iron; hair dryer and another balcony (same balcony; it wraps around the entire suite - absolutely amazing!) Next morning; breakfast with Donaciano; Noemi and the rest of the crew - fantastic energy; easy going (absolutely lovely people). Fruits; breakfast parfaits; pastries; breads; western and traditional mexican dishes and the omelette station - Martha's is a freaking wizard of the grill; had one everyday"
