We had our little dog with us and there was a nice area for us to take her for a run. Staff were friendly and when we asked for extra pillows they were quick to bring them. Very nice.

Only issue we had was when we had returned from hiking we had no water. That night there was no HOT water. It was resolved but the person answering the pgone seemed unconcerned as she stayed she would let her manager know there was no hot water bit had also just told me that someone else had also called.

Excellent location, perfect and peaceful." Attentive staff who maintained good communication. Her name is Sharan. Kitchen facilities were "nice and perfect for cooking and warming up." Morning breakfast:- 10/10 Issues with a leaking washroom and sink that were not repaired. General impression of "old stuff" suggesting outdated amenities. Recommendation Advise guests to "check room and things" and ensure the room is "fixed" before settling in.

Very clean and very polite staff. The pool and water slide kept the kids entertained for hours and was in a separate building so you couldn’t hear all the noise. I would definitely stay here again

For the price this hotel was not worth it. The parking lot was not clean at all. It is great that the rooms are non smoking but they have chairs for people to smoke right outside their rooms, so the smell ends up carrying right in the rooms. The beds were not comfortable. The pool was nice but not sure when it was last cleaned out. Left feeling disappointed!
