Really unfortunate booking. The place needs major upgrades and possibly a rebuild. 1960’s style facility with upgraded door locks but same otherwise. Overcharge because of proximity to Banff. Shower is impossible. Turn right for scalding hot or left for ice cold no in between. This was not done by a plumber. Avoid if possible

This is a motel with a second storey and no elevator and limited parking close as the lower floor park in front of their units. The air conditioning unit sounded like a semi truck going up hill and when we opened the window our building was in front of something that had large trucks parking and. Backing up to beeps all night. Definitely not a great night We’ve taken to calling it the TravelDodge

Relatively clean room. Comfortable and clean bed. However, a VERY STRONG deodorizer scent in room. Tried to air it out but believe it was coming from the AC/fan unit. Almost to the point of irritating eyes and throat. Door hinges in bathroom were very corroded and paint peeling. Other areas were partially updated. Other conveniences in room were fine. Staff were kind and courteous.
