Comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean, great breakfast options.pool is nice. Staff were great and accommodating. We had a pet friendly room and always nice to have this option, however the room reeked of pet urine and a very fragrant deodorizer was sprayed to cover the smell, it didn't cover it. No other rooms available so our pet fee was waived.

The lobby area was very welcoming, room was clean and spacious. Pool was a good size and breakfasts were filling with hot food options freshly made. The dryer in the laundry didn't work well, but otherwise it was a comfortable place to stay and rest for a couple of days.

It was nice, staff were okay with service. The breakfast was very nice. The only complaint would be the pillows were not comfortable, but that can be a very personal thing. As well Expedia had the location across the street, no big deal, just a heads up:)

Very humid, carpets are very dirty. I saw some bugs. Room had very bad humidity. That need to change the carpet and renovate washrooms and windows.

We thought there would be a mountain view due to the name and area however mostly industrial and most rooms including ours lookout to the parking lot. The beds were not comfortable pillows were big and hard , there was no gym , the breakfast was not very good. The staff was not friendly seemed annoyed to have to do the regular duties like check in, they seemed to not have enough staff to run the hotel. It is in the middle of nowhere however we stayed there to be near Yoho and there are not alot of options. I would not stay here again due to the price too high for what you get.

price was high for the value of the room. very low water pressure and also water wasn't very warm even in off peak water use hours. building outside isn't the greatest looking but interior is very well looked after. Very expensive in my opinion for the value received . Breakfast wasn't readily available due to several of the machines being repaired when I came. Overall good but not great valie for the $$.
