Like place , easy to access highway
The room heater did not work. No other rooms available. Hotel would not book us at another hotel. They would only cancel our reservation.
Hotel was clean, but noisy neighbors. Biggest issue was the cost of breakfast. BW typically has free breakfasts ,except one place in Florida, but $10 per person for coffee juice and eggs ( not much choice here) on top of room was not expected. Would consider alternate next time.
The hotel was very well situated, just off the HWY, it was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only drawback would be the breakfast place which is a bit bigger than a walk-in closet. Gets very crowded in the morning.
Overall enjoyable stay for our rest stop. We were in a smoke free room but the smoke from other rooms intruded into our room either from the hallway or from outside... Clean and comfortable room.

Sorry for the situation, we had no choice to switch you to the rooms. However, we noticed that the heater was working well in 30 minutes after we adjusted the temperature.
