We had a great stay at the Mountain View Cabin! The BBQ facilities, campfire setup, and shared kitchen were all exceptional, everything was clean and well organized. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the area itself is beautiful and peaceful. We already miss Willow, the lovely husky who made our stay even more special!

What can we say about the staff ! They were hard working and very very helpful. As we were about to leave there was a potential road problem to our next 'stay' and the staff phoned on our behalf to sort it out. Our cabin was perfect for our stay, so peaceful and quiet. This place is quite isolated but when you are there you can appreciate the views, the quietness and the staff.

I selected “Pay at Property” at the time of my booking. However, three days before the booking I was told this is not an option and that the property has a policy against this. This was incredibly frustrating for me as this seems misleading. In addition, I paid the pet fee; however, there are signs in the room saying that if the beds are covered in pet hair there will be additional fees so if you are bringing pets make sure to bring your own blankets. Otherwise, the room is as pictured and the area is nice. It is about 20 minutes outside of Golden so it is nice as a quiet retreat. It would not be walkable from Golden.

It's a gem uphill around Golden. Very nice facility located at extraordinary scene view of the Dawn Mountain. Clean and quiet.

If you are looking for a camping-like experience, this place is very well set up. It has great amenities for cooking your own meals with a bqq and full use of kitchen utensils. The bedding I will say was quite cheap and in need of an upgrade as its quite weathered and worn. The cabin itself only had instant coffee as an option but there was a communal drip coffee machine in the kitchen area. Would reccomend adding an additional coffee machine in each cabin. Bottle water is provided as the water is not potable. Lots of hot water for showers. Overall good stay!

After off highway,1.6km unpavement local road before you reach this cabin. But, big kitchen and quite around and moutain view is nice. Warm room and hot shower is provided. Also they provided drinking water too. Anyway good experienced this cabin.

This is a unique "no-contact" property consisting of individual cabins. The cabin provided everything we needed. Though not the fault of the owners, there were swarms of mosquitoes. Be prepared if you go there in August. Otherwise, the setting was beautiful, and it is a pet-friendly property.

For a cabin in the forest, the experience was very nice to us. It’s 20 min away from Golden, but it’s an easy drive on the highway and a short easy drive on a gravel road.

This is a nice, quiet, rural cabin. Great for a retreat since you will be away from noise and crowd. As mentioned in the description, bring food and water to the cabin because you will be far away from town. Cabins has running water and hot water and other basic modern convenience that you will need. The only downside is the turn on the highway. It is not very well marked. It’s also a sharp turn if you are coming from one direction. Given that it’s one-lane traffic on a busy highway and people speed a lot, it can get a bit nerve wracking approaching the turn. Definitely be very careful and give lots of warning to the cars behind you when you approach the turn.
