Gold Hill is a small city situated along the scenic Rogue River, approximately 10 miles north of Medford, in Southern Oregon.

The Pacific Northwest has seasonal Box Elder bugs. They like the maple trees and are very hard to prevent. They are completely harmless but can be annoying in the outside areas. We have pest control come often and trim the trees where we can. It is just part part of being in nature near the river.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, and a stovetop. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a desk.

Was a wonderful get away the main reason for this stay was a rafting trip with Arrowhead White water rafting adventures! I strongly suggest looking into them if you are plating a little staycation the room was everything i was fingers crossed for on this vaction no complaints

Cozy River View Studio

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy studio on the Rogue River. The King bed was very comfortable, and the window seat overlooking the river was our favorite place to read and watch the wildlife along the river. The kitchen served our needs well. Appreciated prompt response to our communications. Would stay here again.

I'm guessing this was an old motor inn motel. It was clean and redone but I'm not sure it was worth the price. It did over look the river but it was a ways away and not approachable. I didn't receive the checkin information until I emailed the manager in the evening of my stay. Not terrible but I think I would skip it for the price next time. The bathroom was an after thought
