Warren House · 1800s Cottage · Hot Tub · Game Room · 3BR · Downtown Rogue River

Welcome to Warren House — a beautifully restored 1800s cottage in the heart of downtown Rogue River. Built as one of the original homes in this small river community, the Warren House has been thoughtfully updated to blend historic character with modern comfort. Wide plank floors, original architectural details, and warm natural light throughout make this one of the most distinctive rentals in Southern Oregon.

THE HOT TUB
Step out back to your private 4-person hot tub on the deck. Open year-round, it's especially magic in fall and winter when the mountain air is crisp and the stars are out. The fire pit on the deck rounds out the outdoor experience — perfect for evenings with a glass of wine after a day on the river.

THE GAME ROOM
The loft game room is the social heart of the house. Featuring a full-size air hockey table, pool table, arcade game, and a collection of board games, it's the perfect place to wind down after a day exploring the Rogue Valley. The 70" Smart TV in the master bedroom keeps everyone entertained downstairs too.

THE OUTDOOR SPACES
The covered front porch is quintessential small-town Oregon — a perfect spot for morning coffee while watching downtown Rogue River wake up. The back deck with hot tub and fire pit gives you total privacy. The Rogue River itself is an 8-minute walk away, with hiking trails, fishing, and kayak access.

THE LIVING SPACES
The main floor flows from a comfortable living room through a fully equipped kitchen to the back deck. Three bedrooms are spread across the main floor and loft, each with a queen bed and fresh linens. One full bathroom serves the house.

THE KITCHEN
Fully equipped for real cooking — stovetop, oven, full cookware, dishware for 6, coffee maker, and the basics. Everything you need for a week in the valley without a grocery run every night.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Warren House. Its location was absolutely perfect for all the things we wanted to do and we could walk everywhere in the little town. The hot tub was our favorite thing. The only thing missing was a table to play games at.

Host was excellent and was able to accommodate our multiple extensions readily as we were awaiting the arrival of a grandbaby. Fenced back yard was excellent for our sons two dogs that stayed with us for a few days. Very well stocked and clean accommodations.

The house is cozy and comfortable. The yard was great for my dog, and we enjoyed the hot tub. There were plenty of towels, the hot water and water pressure are great, and the kitchen was large enough to cook. Walkable to Downtown Rogue River, which was great. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Rogue River. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for the week. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals, and the beds were comfortable after long days of exploring Southern Oregon. The location was excellent—quiet and peaceful, while still being convenient to Grants Pass, the Rogue River, and many local attractions. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.Overall, this was a great home base for our family vacation, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended! One small note: the checkout instructions mention loading the dishwasher before departure, but the home doesn’t have a dishwasher. Updating the instructions would help avoid confusion for future guests.

Lovely vintage home

We had a great stay at Warren House. It is well set up in each room with attention to little details and the kitchen is well equipped. It’s walking distance to a great coffee shop and restaurants and the river. A great location to explore the area like Crater Lake. The only reason that I give it 3 stars for location is that it is across the street from U-Haul but that didn’t really impact much. The host communicated well. Highly recommended.
