Older, but clean. Comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly and was able to give us a room on ground floor. (No elevator) Within walking distance to various eating places. (Babe's Bakery next door was awesome.) Surprisingly quiet at night for being between the two one-way directions of Hwy 99 just off l-5. We felt safe.

However, we were there for less than 3 hours total and witnessed multiple arguments amongst other guests, a dog fight and people outside yelling at each other and to people on their phones. We packed up our car and left, there was no way we would feel safe enough to get any sleep.

Give your review ever again

The room were so small that the beds were touching the wall. The one double bed was up against the air conditioner unit so it blew on you all night long but you could not be without it. There were no shampoo for showering one small tiny bar soap. There was a smell in the room when we first walked in good thing I had perfume. The curtains didn't cover the whole window, so the light came in through the bottom very bright hard to sleep.

The price was good. the floors in the room needed swept and mopped. they were really dirty. It was right next to the pool and that was nice, and the staff was really nice and great at their job! they moved their car, so i could park my motorcycle by the front door and be in the camara view. that was really cool of them. I would stay there again.

When we arrived at the room, there was a very unpleasant odor (car urine?). Went to the desk to let the clerk know and was told she would bring down some febreeze. After waiting 15 - 20 minutes we went to the store and bought our own, as well as a candle. We also had an issue with the TV - very complicated to figure out how to turn it on with the two remotes provided. I again went to the desk and talked to the clerk and she said she would be down as soon as she checked the people in the lobby in. Finally figured out how to turn it on (she never came) and we only had two channels to watch. Went outside to the car around 10pm and there were people pulling into the parking lot and sleeping in their cars. Upon leaving, I took the keys to the desk and let the clerk know everything mentioned above and was told that he would tell his manager, took my number for the manager to call - never got a call.

Our room smelled of tobacco smoke, the outside had dozens of cigarette butts and trash. We asked for another room and sampled three other rooms but they smelled even worse! The front desk gave us two bottles of commercial febreeze and they would talk to the manager about a potential discount. If we'd had more time in the day we would have looked for another hotel.
Stated a no smoking room even though it smelled of smoke.
Mold spots in bathroom on ceiling.
No stopper in bath sink.
Dirty ledge around bottom of shower doors.

Nice place to stay for a good price

I do prefer when the rooms have coffee makers, fridge and microwave, and that's not the case here. But the room is nice and the people are super nice, I'll stay here again when I go through Grant's Pass.

I immediately checked out- which I have never done before- the whole place was uncomfortable- the room put together carelessly and had a bunch of hair and dirt on the floor. The room shook when someone walked past- I felt unsafe. I spent $30 more dollars for the Knight's Inn down the street and it the best decision. One thing that was a plus was the woman at the counter- she was lovely and helpful.
