I didn't like that I didn't get the room i paid for and management said that it was Expedia's fault as they charged me for a pool room and not a water view room. I doubt i will ever stay at seaworld resort again.

The staff where great, all very helpful. We found the grounds a little small for roaming around to play other than in the water for twin toodlers. Havinf unlimited access to seaworld was amazing. Overall great experience and definitely stay again. We really loved it.

Convenient for enjoying SeaWorld and we had an enjoyable trip. Biggest issue was the resort placing families with small feral children on the 3rd floor- their screaming and running about at all hours of the day and night above us was awful. The restaurant is also hugely overpriced and not worth it.

Great stay but resort requires renovation

Service Concierge and restaurant are fantastic. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for other staff member around the resort. Room Tired and needs repair Bed you can feel the springs so can be hard to sleep in if you're not used to it Overall a great stay especially if you are visiting the park and other places around it

We always enjoy our stay at SeaWorld and the premium rooms with a view are nicely decorated and very comfortable. We made the most of all the restaurants at the resort and really enjoyed both the dinner and brekky buffet. The kids loved the pool area and we all enjoyed the easy access to the theme park. Can't wait to stay again.

The resort has beautifully groomed grounds with plenty of places to cohabit with the bush turkeys. Despite catering for families with children I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the resort for solo travellers.

Arrived at the property around 230 pm. Check in due at 3pm got room keys around 3 30 pm. Staff, environment and vibe of the resort was perfect only few things needs to be fix was room service furniture found old and rusted apart from that all was good. Special thanks for team expedia who helped us throughout our stay and make sure that we have the wonderful trip. Thanks Jhan from support staff who helped us fix our mistake of not putting our child in booking.

A very pleasant and clean hotel. The staff is friendly and nice. The lobby area includes a bar and a restaurant where you can order food. Compared to other hotels, the room needs to be checked out by 10 AM instead of 12, which makes it a bit more challenging if you like to sleep in during your vacation.

Had a great time at SeaWorld resort. Highlight was the pool and water play area kids has a blast! Friendly staff too! Only downside was having no cutlery or bowls and plates in the room. They definitely don't want you eating your own food so we ended up buying paper plates and bowls and cereal so we didn't have to buy breakfast daily for the kids. Would stay here again for sure

GOOD QUICK GETAWAY. WITH THEME PARK ENTRY

Little out of the way. Resort rooms a little run down. Staff friendly. Room had 2 double beds cant say i have stayed any hotels these days that still do double bed usually a queen but beds were not the most comfortable could do with bed toppers. Pillows were nice. Room was big enough but would have like a microwave but thats an extra charge. Bathroom could do with an update. Bath is nice however the shower head was terrible. Needs to be a pull down one as only having a half glass and no door made it hard to turn shower up as it went out everywhere And the pressure wasnt good for washing thick hair. Pool area was nice and relaxing. Having a towel exchange was good. Parking was free which was good however need more larger disabled spots as they only had 2 spots available which were always full so having to park in a normal spot made it hard to fully open door to get out.liked the walk directly intonsea world and able to come and go made it easy to pop back for a rest. Overall just average hotel, but was a great price especially with theme park tickets included. Good for a quick get away.

SeaWorld Resort – Affordable and Convenient, but Lacking Cleanliness We recently stayed at SeaWorld Resort, and overall, we found it to be an okay experience given the affordable price and convenient access to SeaWorld. Our package included theme park entry, which was a great bonus. However, the cleanliness of our room, a Coastal Queen Room, was disappointing. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned—the towel rack was rusted, and there was quite a bit of mold around the bath and shower area. The floors, including the carpeted areas, were dusty when we arrived. We expected them to be vacuumed during the next day’s housekeeping service, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen. Given how dirty the floors were upon arrival, it seemed like they hadn’t been vacuumed properly before our stay. Additionally, the fabric chairs in the room were visibly dirty, with multiple stains that appeared to have been there for some time. It was clear they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. While the resort offers good value for money and easy access to SeaWorld, the lack of cleanliness in the room was disappointing. Hopefully, management takes note and improves housekeeping standards.
