Hotel seemed quite old and not maintained the best. Room was quite dusty all over, especially the windows and in corners. Aesthetic was quite bare, and made the room feel more like an airport lounge rather than a cosy stay. “Ocean view” was non-existent. The listing did say partial, but that is only true of one considers a distant side glimpse between other buildings a “partial” view. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean, and the pool area was quite pretty. Overall, was relatively ok, but certainly not worth the price of the stay. Not even close.

We stayed at apartment 155 on 31st floor and were mesmerized by both the river and oceanic views. The carpets were not 100% clean which is understandable for an apartment that gets rented all the time. We enjoyed the space with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area with fully equipped kitchen and large balcony, set up with table and chairs. The apartment had it's own laundry with washing machine and a drier, wi-fi, foxtel and two smart tvs. Tram transport was literally right next door with only one station away (Broadbeach South) from the Pacific fare shopping centre. From this station you can catch bus 777 that takes you to the airport. The local shops and eateries are abundant around the Qube building. The pool is good in the morning up to 2PM if you'd want to catch some sun, there's a spa pool with hot water and jets, as well as a billiard room and gym on 4th floor. All in all I would highly recommend Qube and will be looking at staying there again next year.

Room good condition, everything good. There is no staff after 5pm, and if you're locked out "after hour", you may have to wait for many hours or more to have them open the door for you. This is the case even if you're willing to pay. I was locked out in the staircase on the 39th floor for 2 hours. It was an unpleasant, claustrophobic experience.

Fabulous view of both city and ocean from the deck and master bedroom (corner unit). Well equipped with the basics only missed having a salt and pepper! Loved the location and easy to get anywhere. Good amenities and building is safe and secure. Definitely recommend and hope to return again.
