there was only 1 key and that became the biggest annoyance (I know it doesn't sound like much) you literally cannot go anywhere with out a key so if you plan on all being together all the time no problem. It was clean and the views are great.

Overall a nice building with great facilities but communication and cleanliness let the property down. I found hair in the bathroom draws and 'products' under the bed.

so close to the beach. view is perfect building is great not as clean as it should be sofa bed is so bad dryer was broken and didn't get fixed till i left which left us short of clothes as we expected to have a dryer

Not happy with Hotels.com

We booked the property through Hotels.com for 3 days 1.8.19 to 4.8.19 so we thought, we then received confirmation from HOTELSRELAX of our unit number and where to pick up the keys. We were so disappointed no disgusted with the unit it had not been cleaned human hair all over the carpet and tiles, badly stained and dirty carpet and generally not maintained to an acceptable standard. We will no longer book through Hotels,com nor go anywhere near Hotelsrelax. Between the two of you our 34th wedding anniversary will be remembered for the wrong reasons.

Wonderful stay in Gold Coast

This was one of our best stays during our holiday in Queensland! Nice ocean view on a high floor apartment with a full kitchen makes it the perfect stay!

Room was lovely, No Cafe Breakfast though! - breakfast consisted off 4 eggs in the room fridge with bacon and orange juice and loaf of bread. When we went to ask at the cafe for our breakfast they said no arrangement, so we only had enough tiime for some eggs/toast before we had to check out. No dishwashing powder to wash our dishes. The $256 we paid for 1 night wasnt worth it. False advertising!!!

랩소디리조트와 같은곳입니다

처음 도착했을때 살짝 눅눅한 냄새가 나긴했는데 환기시키니 괜찮아 졌어요. 미들레벨 예약했는데 13층 배정되어 살짝 서운했는데 테라스뷰나 거실뷰는 상당히 만족스러웠습니다. 아쉬운점은 15박 예약했는데 이불, 세탁세제나, 비누, 주방세제, 휴지등이 넉넉하게 제공되지 않아 직접 구입해 시용했어요. 3인 가족 쇼파베드 펼쳐 사용하기에 괜찮았어요.
