Nice rooms with spectacular views. Lift access is non-building code compliant, so wait a while. Housekeeping are dreadful, you need to watch them and tell them to clean the glass tables with windex, not a sponge, and wash the glasses, or the put them away dirty. Again this is a place where losing a customer is not an issue. A good location guarantees more of them. Crowned with a rubbish restaurant for bogans, its a McDonald's experience at a premium price

I stayed in this hotel for three times over last five years and this time was the most unpleasant experience. The check in was delayed and with no communication between the reception team and we would need to regularly contact them to confirm. The reception team, I believe she’s the in charge(not the one that helped us to check in), with really unprofessional attitude and manner.
