It was dirty and the rooms not cleaned daily

I booked in and the staff did not point out you have no acess to the kitchen or lobby after 10pm. I think this is absolutely ridiculous as we are basically locked out of the basic facilities. If you want coffee and anything else you have to go and look for a cafe. I will never stay there again.

Great location but the facility is very run down... the dorm room for 4 was extremely small; bathroom attached to the dorm room is not a good idea because the proximity compromises the privacy. The bathroom is very old, small and not user friendly. $20 deposit for a key and $20 deposit for a hairdryer.... really? I would strongly recommend the owners to upgrade or sell ad build a new world-class facility. The staff was very helpful and polite :-)

Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. I stayed in a room on my own with a private bathroom. I had a good nights sleep and felt safe. The only issue I had, which was out NO fault of the Hotel, was the outside noise, from people in the street, but I did have a room facing the main road. Just something to be aware of and it I feel it is to be somewhat expected as it is the Gold coast :)

The customer service was nice and it was only a few blocks from the beach but the accomodation was not very clean and the shower head was loose so we had to hold it up while showering.

Happy experience!

Had an awesome stay here, the staff were so nice and accommodating! The vibes were very friendly, great location, good facilities. Only thing is wifi didn't reach rooms but they said they were going to try fix this. Will definitely be going back!

Alright for 1 night stay.

Booked for family members. The booking showed 2 beds ie twin but when shown the room it was bunk beds. Disappointing, as the one person who would have to climb up was overweight and very unfit and in late 50s. . The other had a disability and couldn't climb up. When I mentioned that the room was not the same as in the booking, I just got from the lady who showed the room. Well this is it. There also is a big problem if the shower steam gets into the bedroom and the rooms are very close, that this will cause the fire alarms to go off and $1500 fine. Someone had done that the day of check in. I think the problem should be fixed by the owners and people not fined as it is a design fault. Lucky my family didn't let the steam out.

Exactly what you expect from a backpackers. Booked a twin room however was given a bunkbed on arrival. Beds were very squeaky but acceptably for 1 night. Good areas close to the heart of surfers and a short walk down to the beach.

The hotel has a great location as its pretty close to e every things; ie. restaurant, bar, bottle shops, coffee shop or Surfers Paradise ect. However, the room is abit old and not fully furnished, for examples: room doesnt have its tv, hair dryer.
