"Very loud in the rooms due to the airport being nearby. Our room was leaking water from the walls somewhere. Woke up at 5:30am due to the ac turning on/off and the airplanes flying in. When I went to use the bathroom there was water all over the floor. When I shared my concern with the front desk she smiled and dismissed me pretty passive aggressively. Didn’t offer to provide a different room or anything to make things right. We decided to check out that morning. The only bright spot was a staff member named Ashley. She was amazing and very helpful when I went back to discuss a refund with Expedia. I’m hoping for a refund for the unused 2 nights."
