Super friendly and helpful staff.The hotel is lovely, needs a bit of updating perhaps but we really enjoyed our stay.The main hotel’s business are conferences of all sort so you might prepare yourself for that aspect of it but didn’t bother us apart from one occasion when the entertainment was trying the music equipment and it was super loud but my concerns were listened to and the issue was resolved.

What a fantastic stay

Our room was very spacious and the bed most comfortable. The shower was lovely with plenty of hot water and powerful. Breakfast was very plentiful with a wide variery of foods. The hotel complex was luxurious and in a beautiful setting. Loved it!

Hotel on the beach with excellent location, great staff and services, great food, very nicely maintained garden. The downside that we noticed it was the smelling drain system in the bathroom, and the not so aesthetic local surroundings of the hotel .

Great hotel, fantastic location, walkable to bars/restaurants/food courts/night markets, bus stop outside, as well as grab app,for travel to all Penang has to offer. Fantastic Spa at very competitive prices. This is a family resort and the pool area and breakfast can be busy.

It was all flower and rainbow the moment we arrived with a quick greetings from the bell services, the security guard that guide properly where to park the car for the night, the surprised voucher for birthday drinks, the pool and the beach. Woke up the next day with amazing spread of breakfast buffet. Thinking I had made a request for late check out at 3pm with charges, decided to have a little more fun in the pool, that is until the front desk alerted that we already late for check out. Immediately went to reception to clarify about my late check out request with charges applied but only being told it is not in the system.

Learning in Comfort

Amazing village tour with Sheik! It was highly informative regarding land use, nature, and nature’s medicine. Also met a few lovely villagers who were ever so kind in sharing their garden’s ubat, and introduced me to their friendly & beautiful kitties! And then there was Fauzi with his incredible knowledge of the tides, how to foretell a tsunami, and botany. Overall a great stay!

A week in Paradise

A great hotel albeit food prices are quite high but quality is good. If you like a drink you can get alcohol but again it can be pricey. The staff a re very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping are brilliant and Afzal kept are room in fine form. There is a lot of wildlife in the gardens. The breakfast is an unbelievable experience with food choices for every nation. We ate out at night using various vendors and never had a bad meal. The main pool is an absolute picture as is the Beach where you can take a boat to monkey beach or take a swim.
