Check-in was fine, room was fine, the fan in the aircon could unfortunately not be turned down Breakfast was disappointing Advice on what to do was rather in existant, good that the tourist info was on my first way out, so I got very valuable information there. For business stays okay
This's the 1st time I post my review . I want to share my concern with the other travelers like me,because if someone honestly pointed the hotel's poor facilities and condition, I wouldn't book this hotel for 7 days. I booked a biggest room, but the poor design makes the whole room not functional and uncomfortable. It's nightmares to go to bathroom due to no vent in bathrooms, it even triggered my asthma problem. No fresh air and bad smell made me cough, headache and nausea whole time. The water was backup durning the shower, then made the whole bathroom flooding. I traveled a lot and booked a hotel upon reviews , I only booked hotels at least 4.2 star, no big issue before except this time. This hotel isn't qualified for 4.2 star, it should be about 3.5 star. This hotel really ruined my trip, I'm still very sick even I was back more than 10 days.
Multi-storeys carpark is available and complimentary parking ticket is provided for hotel guests. The carpark is clean, spacious and secure. The Front Desk, Porter, F&B and Security staff are very friendly. Check in and out is quick and hassle free. The rooms corridor is very clean and fresh. By the way, the hotel is 100℅ smoke-free. The room is very cosy and very well furnished. Rain shower is provided. Aircon is cold and powerful. Wifi is provided in the room. LAN connection is found at the writing desk. Data connection at the writing desk allow link up of laptops to the wall mount TV. The buffet spread for breakfast is quite good. Find a table by the windows, and watch the world go by while enjoying breakfast.
