the hotel has a very good location, comfortable, clean, spacious room and tea kitchen. The room staff, the bathroom staff and the breakfast staff and the staff at the entrance are very nice and helpful. The reception is mixed, the quality of service depends a lot on the receptionist, in general a little more kindness would not hurt, it would greatly improve the overall image and atmosphere of the hotel.
