Just 2 miles from the Genoa boat launch and less than a mile from Clement's Fishing Barge transport ferry. The home is full of amenities, including an indoor plumbed fish cleaning station.


The space is a 2 story single-family home in the heart of Genoa, WI. Master bedroom with King bed and master bath upstairs. There is a futon on the upper landing for extra relaxing/sleeping space. On the main floor there are 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds, full kitchen, bathroom and living/dining area. The freshly painted basement hosts our indoor plumbed fish & game cleaning station and full laundry room with washer, dryer & deep freezer.

Full 2 story home is available to our guests, including the basement laundry room and indoor fish cleaning station with plumbing.
Other things to note
PLEASE completely clean and sanitize the fish cleaning station immediately after each use. Our cleaning company suggested we do not build one, due to the potential of odor in the basement. We are certain that if it's properly maintained this will not be an issue. If it becomes even the slightest concern, we will have to take it down. We are all hopeful that we can make it work.

Note : There are some stairs on the exterior of the property that lead up to the entry door on the main floor. There are railings installed. to get into the lower floor entry door, there are only a few small/easy stairs. once on the lower floor to get to the main floor there is a staircase, with a railing installed.

This property is located across the street from the bait shop, and is not a part of the bait shop.
