This was the perfect place for our vacation..it was in a quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to attractions. The rental was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning on the back porch over the river.

This is a great place to stay! The rooms were all nice and clean. The towels were even soft (which rarely happens anywhere we stay) and smelled nice. It's located in a good spot, where you can drive to The Island in minutes, or Dollywood in just a few more. Being right beside the river was nice, too. We watched a few ducks, geese and a squirrel in or along the water. Thanks for letting us stay! We will remember this for future trips.

Repeat customer!

This is our second trip to the same location and it was just as convenient and relaxing as it was the first time. On the little river our girls enjoyed playing in the water and tubing. Just minutes away from the parkway. This location is very convenient. We highly recommend this spot if you are going to visit pigeon Forge! Great stay!

Great stay

My husband & I celebrated his birthday here. It was everything & more. Peaceful, clean, no hassle & just a lovely weekend. The only complaint that I have is the street name. We were a bit offended but the overall stay was very pleasant.

Would definitely stay here again

The only thing I would say needs updating are the mattresses. They’re really hard and uncomfortable. Other than that the place was PERFECT! It’s close to everything we wanted to do and the river behind the house was beautiful. I would definitely rent this place again.
