We had an over all good stay. The showers could use some extra cleaning. The hot tub leaks onto the 1sr floor so you can not sit out on the first floor deck. We did have a major leak that drained the hot tub we called and they did come out and fix it but it was still dripping into the first level after it was “fixed”. The pool heated up nice. No other complaints honestly, Thank you.

The views were amazing and definitely the highlight of the stay. The property itself was in okay shape, but there were a few issues— the pool needed cleaning, the hot tub was leaking down onto the first-floor deck, and there was a nail sticking up on the middle stair that went into my foot. Also, just a heads up: the road leading to the property is pretty adventurous, with cliffs and no guardrails

The property was tucked away in the hills of Gatlinburg. The property was appropriately listed. The showers did appear to have some mold growing in them, but other than that the cabin was clean and cozy.

Cabin was nice! We did enjoy our stay but there are some improvements needed. Things that could use some improvements: rug in the living room needs non slip pad underneath and corners could be a tripped hazard. Balcony at the living room needs some repairs as there is some soft wood and feels like you could fall through. Hot tub on top level balcony does not have any steps to access the hot tub. Grill only has two burners that work. For families that eat in I would recommend adding more spoons, cookie sheet pans, non stick frying pans and cups. I would also recommend a high chair be available at the cabin. I would not recommend this cabin for families with parents/grandparents who have balance issues or hard time walking up steps or with newly walking toddlers. There is not a main level bedroom you will have to walk up or down 2 flights of stairs to get to a bedroom.

The pool was a nice feature and the kids loved it. Everything was very nice and clean. The kitchen could have used a few more items such as non-stick frying pans, glasses, etc. Loved our stay and would probably book it again but it's a long way down the mountain to the town area. The bears are very entertaining.

Easy check in and a beautiful home! Essentials like garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soap, and other toiletries were provided to get you started but you’ll need to purchase more for your stay (as noted in the description). Very comfortable for a family of 6 with a baby! Love the pool

The location was lovely and we saw lots of bears which was neat. The main floor deck was not attached on the one side at all and parts of the floor were rotted so you had to know where to stand and where not to. The bench for the table was broken and fell apart when we pulled it out to sit at it so we moved it and pulled over chairs. There were no spoons for breakfast although we just went down and bought some. The pool was nice, a little algae in it but property manager took care of that right away. 3rd floor deck was great and the hot tub was nice. Showers and bathrooms were very nice. So despite some big flaws it was a good stay and seeing the bears was pretty cool. Would I book it again...no

Wonderful Vacation

Our family loved our week at the cabin. We all had plenty of room to move around. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and some nights settled down with a movie on the big screen in the movie room. We especially enjoyed seeing the bears everyday.

Fun Getaway

We arrived at the property. It was a beautiful home, very clean the adults and the children were very pleased with the hot tub the indoor pool. The game room was outstanding.We saw several bears on our trip we even had one of the bears get into our car looking for food, which is a lesson learned to always lock your car door, doors and Gatlinburg:)There was one deck that we left locked as some of the deck boards were not safe to be standing on nor the railing. We did send pictures and informed management of that particular deck.. I do have to say that not being able to use that deck did not impact our visit or our opinion of this home. We enjoyed it immensly and definitely would stay again

We loved the cabin, only thing we had a major issue with was the deck on the main level felt unsafe to be standing or sitting on but we addressed the issue to the host and he said he will take care of it but other then that we had a great stay and had great communication with host and manager

Spacious VRBO

This VRBO was amazingly spacious for everyone to spread out. The interior design and photos online accurately capture the cabins charm. There was just about every amenity that you would want.There were adequate kitchen supplies to make meals there to avoid eating out every night. We appreciated the outdoor grill! There was no carafe for the coffee pot, but there was a Keurig. Though there were a few maintenance needs with this cabin, I would definitely stay there again based on the size and roominess.

Great vacation!

Cottage was exactly as advertised, lots of room for our family to have fun. Used the pool and hot tub daily, pool was able to be adjusted to 84 which was nice. Travis was great with with the check in and any questions!

Nice Cabin

Nice cabin with great amenities. Indoor pool was filthy and couldn’t be used. Disappointing because this was one of the reasons we booked this location. Otherwise great place, nice showers, chairs, beds, etc. Would stay again just hated we spent extra for an indoor pool we couldn’t use.
