Clean rooms. At first I was like I don’t know but the staff was amazing helped myself and a friend staying in a separate room get our luggage from the vehicle to the room . Very courteous and super clean would definitely stay again. Great people . Only thing I would say to upgrade would be breakfast honestly but for free go grab a waffle and a cup of coffee

Can’t beat the price for a room with a patio on the river. Hotel is definitely old and could do for some deep cleaning, but it was perfect for my week there. Perfect for families, solo travelers, those looking to relax and those looking for things to do! Bathroom even has a heater and a heated mirror so it won’t fog up!

Great location close to main St of town and GSMNP. Room was clean, adequate breakfast and all the staff were great. This was my second time staying here. The room is not fancy but comfortable and i do not spend a lot of time in the room so it fits my needs.
