Great cabin! Everything you could possibly need! Kitchen well stocked, beds great! Comfortable furniture! One problem that was our fault with door code and it was taken care of in less than 10 minutes. Thanks host Justin! It is so nice to rent and find everything more than satisfactory.

The cabin was very nice. The bedrooms were spacious, and the master bath shower was relaxing after long days in town. My grandkids loved the pool! It was beautiful and was even nicer in person than in photos.Our host was very responsive to a small problem (broken toaster). It was replaced within hours. Very happy with our stay :)

Very nice

We loved our stay at this beautiful cabin! It had everything we needed in the kitchen, beds were comfortable and it was very clean. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. And the host was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend!

This was definitely a family vacation rental, Justin definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed he also messaged us and checked to make sure everything was going well for us. I am very pleased and can’t wait to book again with our next vacation to the mountains.

Perfect spot for a Gatlinburg getaway!

This property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the private hot tub on the screened in porch in the evenings and sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch during the day. Communication with property management was on point. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed our stay in this cabin community at White Oaks. 10/10 would book here again.

Beautiful Cabin

Everything about this stay from start to finish. The property owner had reached out before we got there that the cleaning crew noticed something not working on the stove and he got someone out there before we got in to get it fixed and relayed everything to me. Was very communicative on anything we needed. The cabin itself was great to stay in, very clean! We will be back and will book again with him

Anniversary trip

The cabin is beautiful and weather was even better!! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook when staying in for the night. Bed is comfortable and neighborhood is quiet. Looking forward to coming back.

Great Get Away!

Our cabin was perfect for our vacation! It was just three of us but there would have been plenty of space for our whole family if we all came. The beds were comfortable which is always an important point for me. The hot tub was also a nice add-on to enjoy. I like to enjoy the hot tub first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee. You can sit back and listen to all the birds. I really appreciated that the hot tub temperature wasn't set really hot. I can't tolerate super hot temps. It was set at 96 which was perfect for summer! I loved that there was a washer and dryer. We were able to do our laundry the last day and put it all back in the bag clean. Unpacking when we got back was a breeze! I also believe this is the first place that I've stayed that had a dishwasher. That was a great surprise and so nice not to have to wash dishes by hand. The only thing that I noticed was the ceiling fans all seemed to have a squeak or a wiggle to them that made it hard for me to sleep at times. Nothing awful but if you're sensitive to small noises when you sleep it may be an issue. Lastly, the pool! It's wonderful! We enjoyed going down to the pool every day after getting home from exploring the area. It seemed to get busy around 6:30-7 so we made it down there earlier to enjoy a less crowded environment. Overall we had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our stay at the cabin.

White Oak Resort cabin 154

Resort entranceis well lit. If arriving during the day look for the beautiful red Knock Out rose bushes on either side of the entrance to the cabin. Bathrooms are big, upstairs tub was big. Downstairs shower is big. A/C worked very well for the time we were there. You will NOT get brned when turning on the hot water full blast . Decent water pressure. Kitchen worked for the 6 of us. Nice pots and pans. Enough knives, utensils, but be sure to bring salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, foil, anything you need to cook with or pick it up on the way to cabin at Food City. Dishwasher was broken but the owner apologized and said he would replace after we left. Large bed in downstairs bedroom. Lots of clean nice pillows, nice sheets, nice blankets. The other guests stayed in upstairs and seemed to think the double beds were fine. The bath towels and bed linens were clean. Pool was a fantastic amenity but as mentioned in description bring your own pool towels. Hot tub was fine. Overall, it is a great home in a very nice resort and management/owner was very responsive to any requests and issues.
