Wonderful staff with good service. Everything was clean. Wish the hot tub was covered since we visited in winter. And it would have been nice if there were more choices for food on site or nearby, but we did go in the off-season. Also we love the fact that they offer free s’mores so you can repast your marshmallow over the fire pit and enjoy beautiful views.

Clean and Comfortable

I stayed one night on my way to Yellowstone. The hotel is located 15 minutes from the park and 10 minutes from Yellowstone hot springs. The bed was comfortable, the facilities updated, bathrooms were a bit older but clean and had good water pressure.The room was a good price for what it was, I was very comfortable and it there was no noise during the night. I didn’t get to visit the gym or pool as I had an early morning tour but the fire pits outside are a nice touch. No complimentary breakfast but there was free coffee in the lobby when I checked out. I would visit again.

Whenever I go to Yellowstone I stay at the Ridgeline hotel. The rooms are spacious. It is not a 5⭐️ hotel but the price is very reasonable. The staff is always duper friendly. I will go again.

The cabin we stayed was nicely furnished and decently equipped. The big problems were: - the water did not get hot enough to have a pleasant shower - the HVAC system could not deal with the super cold over the weekend. It was freezing.

for some reason someone at hotel told us breakfast was complimentary at the Yellowstone Mine. the first morning we went to Eat that was great. the last morning we went to the Yellowstone Mine, we ask the guy at counter is this where we go for the hotel breakfast he said yes. the food was not good we didn't eat it. then we find out it is not complimentary. why would the hotel put anything about breakfast the lady up front said she miss read it. well don't add breakfast if its not just say nothing.

Perfect stay for exploring Yellowstone in winter

The hotel was very comfortable. Everything I needed was within walking distance even in winter. The hot tub was very nice after spending a day in the park.
