The condo was filthy. This included a bloody pillowcase, a bloody mattress in the sleeper sofa with no mattress cover, algae crusted sink drain caked with stringy food, knives were crusted with food, the bed skirt was stained brown and even a hygiene liner from a swimsuit stuck to the bed post. There were no hangers, the drapes were broken and would no close all the way, and one of the patio chairs was broken causing scratches. The coffee maker leaked and some of the lamps did not work. Condensation leaked form the AC and created a puddle of water in the hallway to the point where we had to leave a towel on the floor to prevent slipping. Additionally, flooring and bathroom décor were from 1990’s – this could have been overlooked if there hadn’t been so many other sanitation issues and safety hazards. Oh, and it smelled like hay every time we entered.
If you do rent, be aware you must provide your own additional toilet paper past 1 roll. Same with towels and wash cloths if you are going to need more than the 4 you are provided with upon arrival you will need to bring those as well. Otherwise, you will be charged by the rental management company.
These details were made known to the rental management company. I did receive additional towels and another roll of toilet paper at no cost for the trouble.
My wife Absolutely Loved It!!! The room, view & everything she wanted was in walking distance. Thnx for a great birthday gift.

Upon arrival, there was a used water bottle on our balcony, there was no shampoo or toiletries in the bathroom. There was hair on the sink, the bedroom was very hot during the day even with curtains and doors closed. I had to put on socks some of the floor areas were sticky. There was a half used bar of soap in our shower. The TV remote was sticky. It took us a while to find our parking spot on the second floor garage and the directions to the spot. We were disappointed the connected San Luis hotel offered no complimentary breakfast to guests you have to go to one of their restaurants to pay.
