Discover this delightful 3-bedroom gem in Galveston's West End. A comfortable 3/2 with outside shower and grill for the beach. Electric car friendly with a Level 2 220v charger right in the driveway. Mobile home friendly with 30 amp 110v service plug.

Located in Sea Isle, minutes away from the pool, tennis courts, boat ramp, restaurant, and, of course, the beach. The downstairs has a shower room, icemaker, and grill and the upstairs porch is perfect for relaxing the evenings. With Northern exposure, you will have warm sun in the morning on the upstairs porch, and shade all afternoon. The downstairs is shaded till the late afternoon. Head to either the Marina or Hill store for dinner or snacks. Sea Isle has a pool, a fishing pier, pickleball courts, restaurant, two stores, and a boat ramp.

This house is located at Lampassas and Grayson, a prime people watching spot on the Sea Isle Parade Route and around the corner (but out of earshot) of the boat basin, ramp, and marina.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. The vacation home also includes a washing machine.

We throughly enjoyed the home and amenities. It's perfect fit for a beach or fishing getaway. Being pet-friendly worked for us. The property host was fantastic. We will be going back.
