Great location however it was not the cleanest. The fan did not work in our room and there was not many outlets. Very overpriced for the room conditions but very convenient being so close to the cruise port. I probably won’t stay here again because for this price I could stay at the Tremont.

I reported to front desk, Beatrice, and she refunded the parking but couldn’t refund to hotels.com nor Expedia. I’d like a refund.
